Fabrication Workshop

We have a large and fully equipped fabrication department where we can undertake most fabricating tasks. To enable us to manufacture new, and repair original chassis, we have a 6' x 12' cast iron flat bed. We have an English Wheel for rolling new body panels and box and pan sheet metal folders and sheet metal guillotine.

The fabrication department can be used for either the manufacture of new, intricate hand-crafted parts or for sympathetic repair of original parts. Tubular structures and jobs can be either hot or cold bent depending on application. We carry a large stock of sheet and tube materials to allow rapid turnaround times for jobs.

Our in-house welding facilities cover TIG, MIG, gas, arc, nickel bronze, silver soldering and soft soldering.
