Design Department

Our design department handles both new conceptual design work and reverse engineering of existing components using Solidworks 3D modelling.

Utilising Alphacam CAD/CAM technology, we can interface between designs and CNC machines quickly and accurately in order to reduce manufacturing times and improve quality.

Complex parts and particularly assemblies can be fully modelled and toleranced prior to machining, allowing us to engineer-out many faults and problems that could be found later.
